Gary Wolf

Gary Wolf is a writer for Wired magazine, most famous for his collaborative effort "Dumb Money", and explanation of day trading, the "Klondike of the 90's". Gary's idea of investing in volatility itself is not new, and has been around for decades in commodities markets. His writing style, however, is very entertaining, such as his descriptions of the cotton and pork belly pits in New York and Chicago, where traders (mostly giants who can take the stress and bruising of the open outcry system) think it's been a good day if they scalp a few cents per deal.
